Onboarding Prerequisites

Ensure that the Service Provider (Voca tenant) has been configured with the Voca license.

Ensure that you have attached a channel to the customer for which you wish to add the Voca CIC service. The channel represents the Voca CIC Provider.

Ensure that the channel is enabled for the Voca Service.
