The Webex Cloud Connect service can be managed using the following modes:

The Service provider or Channel reseller connects to your Webex Cloud Connect platform enabling synchronization with Live Platform. See Management with an Integrated service

The Live Platform and Webex Cloud Connect platform are managed separately (see Managing with a Non-integrated Service).
