The Webex Cloud Connect service can be managed using the following modes:

The Service provider or Channel reseller connects to your Webex Control Hub enabling synchronization with Live Platform. See Management with an Integrated service

The Live Platform and Webex Control Hub are managed separately (see Managing with a Non-integrated Service).
