Services Management

Live Platform has been upgraded to an enhanced service delivery platform through the management of Service types as autonomous entities in the Live Platform portal and Live Platform Mulltitenant under the umbrella of a single customer entity. Until now, a separate customer deployment was required for each managed service. Now you can add multiple heterogeneous services under a single customer tenant entity.

The License Plan entity has been updated to 'Microsoft_Teams_Enterprise_New' to reflect the realignment of Microsoft 365 Global Licensing (see Microsoft Teams add-on licenses).
