Webex Number Management

When uploading numbers you can configure the Webex usage type:

●

Standard: Used for regular business calls (internal or external)

●

Service: Used for assigning to services running external applications such as Emergency Calling applications and Fax IVR or Voca

This parameter is only displayed when the service is deployed using the 'Integrated' mode.

The Default CAC Value for the provider can be configured in the Service Provider Settings page. Numbers that are uploaded to attached customers with Number type 'User' configured inherit this value.
