Alarms and Logs Display

The Service Portal now includes enhanced monitoring capabilities for Live Platform's Webex, Zoom, Live UC, and Live CX services. These capabilities are accessible through a new Monitoring menu in the navigation pane. The Monitoring page provides the following tabs:

System Alarms: Displays both active and historical alarms (or events). Alarms can be filtered by severity level (for example, Major or Minor) and by source type.
Application Logs: Displays detailed logs of application-related events to support troubleshooting and analysis.
