A new main menu entry "Tools" has been added, enabling access to third-party and AudioCodes applications. You can configure the URL of the Web interface of the external app and optionally access with SSO through an IAM account.Previously, you could not launch or administer links to external applications through the Live Platform portal with the exception of the AudioCodes applications that are available from the dashboard.
