Single SIP Connection for Multiple Calling Profile Templates

When a Calling Profile Template includes multiple calling profiles attached using the same SBC, only a single SIP Connection is required. A new parameter has been added to the database to manage this functionality "CallingProfileTemplate.CreateSingleSipConnectionPerSbc". In the example shown below, the "emeasbc" is applied to both the "DEV_test...EMEA_02" and the "DEV_test...EMEA_02-1" Calling Profiles and both of these profiles are attached to the same Calling Profile Template.

For Backward Compatibility, the default value is set to "false".
