Update ARM for Channel Assignments

When a customer is assigned to a channel, the "Phone System" attribute is assigned value "OC Reseller" and the OC Reseller attribute is assigned a value in the ARM Users table in the number . In addition, the "Call FWD" attribute is editable in the Users Summary for the number.
