Add LiveOps 360 Management service

Before you can add the LiveOps 360 service for customers, you must add a Management service which represents a separate service layer over the customer's service in the Live Platform topology. The main purpose of the Management service is to connect AudioCodes devices.

To onboard the LiveOps 360 management service:

In the Services page, from the Add Service drop-down, choose Live Ops360 Management.

In the Customers page, from the Add Service drop-down, choose Live Ops360 Management.
