License-Based Features

Allows the tenant's Meeting Insights administrator to control whether insights (e.g., summary and action items) and a transcription (speech-to-text) are automatically generated using AI for meeting recordings of a User Profile.

This also defines the maximum number of insights that can be generated per meeting recording.

The Enabled as Add-On option allows the tenant to add templates on top of their "budget" for extra payments.

Advanced templates offer special capabilities such as requiring the user's input before the user runs the AI-generated summary.
