Prioritizing Device Manager Parameter over SIP Gateway Parameter

Devices that are connected to the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway receive a set of values from the Microsoft server. These take priority over any other value defined in Device Manager. Device Manager, however, features an ignore_sipgw option that allows a new setting configured in Device Manager to replace the value configured in the Microsoft server.

To allow a new setting configured in Device Manager to replace the value configured in the Microsoft server:

In the 'Add Configuration Values' (applies to all configuration levels), add the required parameter and precede it with ignore_sipgw. Use this figure as reference:
