Troubleshooting
Customer IT admins who encounter issues and require diagnoses and fixes can retrieve information from devices (debugging) and send it to AudioCodes FAEs who diagnose the data and send a fix. The primary operation admins can perform is to collect logs using Live Platform Device Manager.
