Viewing System Activity Logs
You can view Meeting Insights activity logs of a customer's tenants.

Open the Services page (Topology > Services). |

Select the check box corresponding to the required Meeting Insights customer, and then from the Meeting Insights drop-down list, choose Open Management Portal. |

In the Tenant Management navigation pane, click System Activity Logs: |

You can filter the list of logs using the following filters: |
|

Tenant Name: Filters by tenant. |
|
●
|
Date and Time: Filters by date and time of generated log. |
|
●
|
Log Type: Filters by alarm severity, for example, cleared alarms or alarms with warning severity level. |
|
●
|
Activity Type: Filters by type of activity, for example, alarms related to licensing or storage. |

●
|
Log Description: Filters by alarms containing a specific string in their description. |

To download the logs of a tenant to your PC as a .csv file, select the check box corresponding to the tenant, and then click the Export button. |
