Change Emergency Location
This option allows the you to changing of the address of an emergency location that was predefined in the customer’s Teams admin center. Updates to the Emergency Location are synchronized with the customer's Microsoft Teams admin center.
Defining an Emergency Location is mandatory for the USA. It should be assigned for Day 1 Number Assignment.

To change emergency location: |

In the OC Number Management page, select the check box adjacent to the number you wish to change the emergency location, click …., and then choose Change Emergency Location. |

From the New address drop-down list, select the relevant address. |

Click  to confirm. |

The processing time for the Synchronization operation with the Live Platform server and Microsoft platform depends on the server load. Run the 'peering.sync-ovoc-operatorConnect-info-job' job to refresh the data (see Synchronizing Operator Connect Jobs). |
