Configuring Service Provider Tenant for Operator Connect

Once a registered App Synergy has been created on the Service Provider Operator’s Azure tenant, the registration details i.e. Azure Tenant ID, App Registration Client ID, secret and the Landing Page URL must be configured in Live Platform.

To configure Operator Connect tenant:
1. In the Topology pane, select the Service Provider operator tenant.
2. In the Tenant Details, select the Operator Connect tab.
3. Select the Operator Connect Enabled check box.

4. Enter the Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID for the Operator Connect Azure tenant (see Deploying Microsoft Synergy Application).

If the Tenant ID is left blank then the Tenant ID is retrieved from the General tab “Azure Tenant ID” field.

5. Configure the client secret that was generated in Deploying Microsoft Synergy Application.
6. Set up Landing Page URL for Service Provider.
7. Update “Trusted Provider Issuers”.
8. Define the Tenant ID of Service provider to be approved by Microsoft.
9. Click Operator Contacts and enter the Operator Contacts information.

10. Click the Offers tab.

11. Click the Webhook tab and click the + button to add a new Webhook.

12. From the drop-down list, select the REST method.
13. Enter the REST endpoint to connect the request.
14. Click Add Header.

15. Enter the Header Name and Header Value and then click OK.
16. Click the Trusted Provider Issuers tab and configure the Trusted Provider Issuers.
