White Labeling Service Providers

Live Platform lets you White label Azure authenticated access to Live Platform Operation Center by customizing your Service Provider login domain FQDN. This feature allows you to login to the Live Platform Operation Center by rebranding the telecom infra provider's domain name with your Reseller custom domain name thereby strengthening your brand identity and customer loyalty. Consequently this facilitates a seamless end user experience whilst at the same time the backend infra is managed by the original provider.

You can customize your login with either MS Entra Public or MS Entra Government domains. This setup requires you to add the appropriate DNS entry on your DNS server and to add an Application registration on your Azure tenant. You need to then configure the registration credentials in the Service Provider entity in the Live Platform Operation Center. When the user operator logs in to the Live Platform Operation Center with Azure Authentication, they are redirected to the appropriate domain according to the configuration.
