Managing SIP Connections

SIP Connection management lets you manage the SIP Connection between your service and the SBC device including:

Create new SIP connections between your managed service and the SBC device (seeAdd SIP Connections - Essentials Plus and Pro ).
Load DIDs to your managed service (see Load DIDs to Managed Service).
Import a file containing a list of IP-PBX users to your managed service (see Import IP-PBX Users).
Upload Dial plan to SBC device (see Upload Dial plan to SBC Device).
To manage SIP Connections:
1. In the Service portal Navigation pane, select ConfigurationSIP Connections.

The table below describes the parameters in this page.

Parameter

Description

SIP Connection

Name of the SIP Connection.

SBC

Name of the Service Provider SBC device or the BYOC device attached to the SIP Connection.

Deployment Status

Indicates the SIP Connection is configured on the SBC device.
