Performance Monitoring
Performance Monitoring (PM) helps you to ensure that the Quality of Service (QoS) levels are maintained for your customers. PM metrics are polled from managed SBC devices at 15 minute intervals, polling can be activated in the Device actions (see. Network users can monitor historical data and utilize it for long-term network analysis and planning. PM Profiles are preconfigured by AudioCodes Services including selected metrics that are tailored to your network topology. You can attach the desired profile to your managed device.

➢ | Do the following: |
1. | In the menu, choose Performance Monitoring. |
2. | Select either Aggregated PMs or Standalone PMs. |
3. | Click Add Filters to view the relevant PMs. |
4. | Click Time Range and Set the Time Range and Live Cloud Topology filters (see Customers Screen Filters). |
5. | Click Metrics and Set the PM Metric filters according to the below. |

Metrics Filter by category |
Select the 'Name' check box to filter for all PM Metrics sub-categories for the selected category. In the example below, the 'IP Group' category includes a total of 86 metrics (the figure displays two of these sub-categories 'Call Stats' and 'Other Stats').

Filter by sub-category |
Select the check box adjacent to the sub-category that you wish to filter. In the example below, 20 metrics are selected for the 'Call Stats' category.

Values |
Parameters are either Counters or Gauges . For Gauges , you can select Minimum, Maximum and Average values. For Counters , there is a single aggregated value. |

Select the 'Summary Aggregated' to generate a summary of aggregated statistics. |
