Managing Leads and Tenant Services

The Qualify Leads page lets you manage customer leads including applying Live Platform licenses and uploading of numbers to customer sites.

To open the qualify leads page:
1. Open the Services page, select the check box adjacent to an Operator Connect service, and then from the Operator Connect drop-down, choose Open Qualify Leads Page.

2. Open the Services page, select the check box adjacent to an Operator Connect service, and then from the Operator Connect drop-down, choose Open Qualify Leads Page.

3. Select the Service Provider operator.

A list of new leads is displayed.

4. Click the Tenants tab to display a list of all Operator Connect customers.

5. Use the following table as reference for parameters in these screens.

Leads

Description

Contact Details

Click the down arrow in the top left corner of the Contact to open additional contact details.

Company Name

The name of the company.

Size

The number of employees.

Market

The market region.

Microsoft Status

Active: Lead has been activated by Microsoft.
Not Active: Lead has not yet been activated by Microsoft.
Suspended: Lead has been suspended by Microsoft.
Removed: Lead has been removed by Microsoft

License Type

OC Essential: Live Platform license has been applied.
OC Pro: Live Platform license has been applied.

TenantID

The Operator’s tenant ID.

ConsentedOn

The date of consent.

Last Modified

The date when the operator was last modified.

Channel Name

The name of the attached Channel partner.

Toolbar

Type free text search string.

Filter according to the date of consent by Microsoft for the lead:

Today
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
All

Filter according to the date that the lead or the tenant was modified.

Today
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
All

Filter according to the status of the lead or the tenant:

Active: The lead has been activated by Microsoft.
Not active: The lead has not been activated by Microsoft.
Suspended: The lead has been suspended by Microsoft.
Hosted: The lead has been applied the OC Hosted Pro license.
OC Essential: The lead has been applied the OC Essential license.
Success: The lead has successfully been updated.
Updating: The lead is in the process of updating.
Removed: The lead has been removed.

Results

Displays the number of retrieved search results for the Leads or Tenants page.

Upload Numbers (Tenants tab only): Upload numbers to the customer (see Uploading Numbers).
View Numbers: View numbers that have been loaded to the customer (see Viewing Numbers).
Add Comments: Add any relevant comments regarding the upload action (see Adding Comments).
Change Status (New Leads tab only): Enable the customer license (see Enabling Operator Connect License).
Change Channel Partner: Assign a channel operator to an Active lead (see Assigning Lead to Channel Reseller (Optional)).
Remove Attached Channel: Removes a channel assignment.
Convert to OC Pro (Tenants tab only): Upgrade Live Platform license to Operator Pro (see Upgrading Customer to Operator Connect Pro).
Export to CSV: Exports the customer leads details row entry to a CSV file (see Exporting to CSV).
Lead History: Displays a journal showing the history of actions performed on a specific lead (see Viewing Actions Journal (Lead History) for Customer Lead).
Detailed Status: Lead status details.
Delete (Consentless) Lead: Deletes a Consentless lead (see Delete Consentless Lead).
Delete Customer: Deletes a customer (lead with applied OC Essential or OC Pro license). See Delete Customer Service.

Exports a list of all customers’ leads to a CSV file.

Creates a new Consentless lead that is sent to the Microsoft Operator Connect platform. This ensures that Microsoft is notified directly from the customers' Service Provider or Channel operator (see Creating Consentless Leads in Multitenant Portal). This method can be used as an alternative to the customer providing consent and configuring their Country dialing and other personal details in their Teams admin center (see Creating Consented Leads in Teams admin center).

Sets a Webhook every time that a new customer lead is generated. Enter the following values:

Synchronization The processing time for the synchronization operation with the Live Platform server and Microsoft platform depends on the server load. Run the 'peering.sync-leads-job' task to refresh the Leads data (see Synchronizing Operator Connect Jobs).
