Operator Connect Setup

The Operator Connect setup enables you to make calls while maintaining existing service provider agreement and at the same time leveraging the customization and flexibility of Direct Routing. This setup does not require an SBC or voice trunk. A range of numbers are uploaded to the tenant. Each number is identified with the specific operator and once assigned, the users can make and receive calls.
