Setup Admin Consent Workflow Permissions

The Token authentication registration process requires a separate user to review and consent to the Service Account user. This user has ”admin consent workflow” permissions as an administrator (by default granted to the Global admin only).

This user should have an assigned Global, Application, or Cloud application administrator role to grant admin consent. For more information, see Admin Consent Workflow.

Do the following:
1. Open the Enterprise Application root directory and then in the Navigation pane, select Consent and permissions.

2. Select the Admin consent settings tab.
3. Select Yes for allowing users to request admin consents.

4. Click Add users.

5. Select a user with either the Global, Application, or Cloud application administrator role ( as noted above). The user is added.

6. Click Save.
