User Management

The Users screen displays the list of users that have been synchronized with your Microsoft 365 platform. Day Two configuration updates in Live Platform are reflected in this screen once synchronized with your M365 platform. For example, applying of LifeCycle Management templates, Online Voice Routing policies and Online PSTN gateway. The Users screen lets you manually provision users including assigning phone numbers and applying Calling policies (see Manually Provisioning Users). You can also perform administrative actions such Exporting to a CSV or Excel file (see below).

Do the following:
1. In the Navigation pane, select Users.

The following figure shows an example Users grid containing all users with User Type "TeamsOnly" for Voice Calling.

The following figure shows an example Users grid containing both users with User Type "TeamsOnly" for Voice Calling, and "Application" type for Auto attendant and Call queue functionality.

The table below describes the parameters in this screen.

Parameter Description

User Type

One of the following values:

TeamsOnly: For Voice Calling
Application: For resource accounts supporting Auto attendant and Call queues Service numbers allowing callers from outside Teams to reach the Auto-Attendant or Call queue Service numbers.

Full Name

Full name of the customer tenant M365 user.

The user name can contain the following valid characters: A – Z, a – z, 0 – 9, ‘ . – _ ! # ^ ~

SIP Address

SIP URI of the customer tenant M365 user.

Line Uri

Telephone number of the customer tenant M365 user.

Template

LifeCycle Management template applied to the customer tenant M365 user.

Department

Active Directory Department object of the customer tenant M365 user.

Online Voice Routing

Online Voice Routing policy applied to the customer tenant M365 user. See Configuring Online Voice Routing.

Online PSTN Gateway

The 'Full Domain Name' specified when configuring the DNS sub domain of the M365 customer tenant in the Onboarding wizard. This name consists of the SBC Site Name and the Domain Name. For example, Domain Name sandbox1.audiocodes.be appended with SBC Site Name DRRest2 is 'DRRest2. sandbox1.audiocodes.be'. See Fully Automatic DNS Provisioning.

Site Location

'SBC Site Name' specified when configuring the DNS sub domain in the Onboarding wizard. By default, Customer Shortname. See Fully Automatic DNS Provisioning.
