Managing Script Templates

Template scripts can be applied for both the SBC and Microsoft 365 configuration for both Direct Routing and Operator Connect service management. AudioCodes Professional Services provides a library of templates scripts that are based on common customer scenarios. You can also add custom scripts to the UMP-365 instance that can be applied globally or tailored for specific provider or site deployments. The SBC Onboarding wizard applies the SBC Onboarding CLI scripts to the SBC device during the deployment. Likewise, it applies the Microsoft 365 scripts to the Microsoft platform.
