Configure User Policy Manually
You can manually change the policies of the users to set them for calling with Enterprise Voice and to prevent Toll Bypass.
➢ | To change user policies: |
1. | In the Navigation pane, select Users > Manage users. |
2. | Select a user and then click Edit Settings. |
3. | Set the Calling Policy to UMPPreventTollBypass and Voice routing policy to Unrestricted. |
4. | Click Apply. |
5. | Select the user and then click View policies. |
