Deleting Zoom Phone Customers

This procedure describes how to delete Zoom customers.

To delete the Management app:
1. Select the customer that you wish to delete and then click Delete.

2. From the Customer Actions drop-down list, select Zoom > Open Qualified Leads Page.

The customer is displayed with Removing status.

3. Open the Zoom Admin portal with customer credentials: https://go.zoom.us.
4. In the Navigation pane, select Phone System Management > Phone Numbers and then click the Assigned tab.

5. Select a number that is assigned to a customer of a specific Provider Exchange whose association you wish to remove.

6. Click Unbind to remove the number assignment.

7. Repeat the above for each number that is assigned to this customer-Provider Exchange association.

At this stage, phone numbers are still displayed in Zoom Admin app as Unassigned. Once the customer releases the numbers as described below, they will be removed entirely from the Zoom Admin app.

8. Open the customer Live Platform.
9. Click the Wait for Release tab.
10. Select all numbers to release and then click Release Numbers.

11. Return to the Customer Zoom Admin app.
12. Open the Phone Numbers page and click the Unassigned tab. Notice that all numbers have been removed.

13. Navigate to Advanced >App Marketplace.

14. At the top left-hand corner of the screen, click the Manage link.

15. In the Zoom Admin app Navigation pane, select Added Apps.

16. Click Remove adjacent to the Management App of the Provider Exchange.

17. In the Remove App dialog, select the relevant reason for removing the app and then click Remove.

The App is removed from the customers’ managed apps.
