Configure maximum call duration

You can configure the maximum call duration allowed for your account.

You can also configure maximum call duration per bot (see Edit your bot connection), SIP connection (see Create a Generic SIP connection), phone number (seeEdit a phone number), and Teams connection (see Create a Teams connection). However, they can't exceed the maximum call duration configured for your account (described in this section). For example, if you configure a maximum call duration of 30 minutes for your account, 40 minutes for a specific bot, and 10 minutes for a specific phone number, Live Hub applies a maximum call duration of 30 minutes to the bot and 10 minutes to the phone number.

To configure maximum call duration:

  1. Click your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the Live Hub window.

  2. Select Settings; the following appears:

  3. Click the Advanced tab; the following appears:

  4. In the 'Max call duration' field, enter the maximum call duration allowed for this account, and then click Update.
