Create a SIP Connection for SIPREC
Live Hub can connect to third-party recording and voice biometrics servers , such as NICE, Verint, and Lumenvox, and others, using the session recording protocol. Live Hub functions as the Session Recording Client (SRC). The Session Recording Server (SRS) can be any third-party servers. The SRS is defined in Live Hub as a SIP connection.
To configure a SIPREC connection:

In the Navigation pane, expand Voice channels, and select SIP Connections; the following appears:

Click Add new SIP connection to add a new SIP Connection; the following appears:

Under the General area:

In the 'Name' field, enter the SIP Connection name.

From the 'Provider Type' drop-down list, select Recording Servers.

From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select Generic Recording Server.

From the 'Live Hub region' drop down list, select the geographical location (region) in which Live Hub voice infrastructure is deployed.

Configure the Outgoing and Advanced tabs as you would for a generic SIP connection. For details, see step 8 and step 10 in Create a Generic SIP connection.

Assign this SIP connection to routing rule whose calls you want to record. For every routing rule you create, under 'Services', select External recording, and then from the 'Recording server' drop down list, select the SIPREC server you want to use.
