Edit WhatsApp number

Once connected, you can edit certain settings for the number, such as its name, call limits, or max call duration, or to remove the number entirely from Live Hub. See Connect a WhatsApp number.

On the edit card, the WhatsApp number status appears. If connected, the icon is green, not, its red.

If you do not have update permissions, then you can only view the WhatsApp number details.

To edit a WhatsApp number:

1. In the Navigation pane, expand Voice channels, and then click Whats app numbers.

2. On the WhatsApp number card that you want to edit, click Edit.

   

3. Modify the 'WhatsApp name', 'Call limits', or 'Max call duration', and click Update.
