Integrating Meeting Insights with monday.com
Meeting Insights can be integrated with your organization's monday.com account to allow users to send their action items to monday.com (workspaces, boards, and groups).
Before you can enable specific users (per User Profile) to send action items to monday,com account, you need to integrate Meeting Insights with monday,com. This is done by installing the Meeting Insights app for monday.com on your monday.com platform, selecting the workspaces, and then approving the permissions granted to the app.
➢ | To integrate Meeting Insights with monday.com: |
1. | In the Admin Settings menu pane, expand Integrations, and then click Apps. |
2. | Click the Monday toggle button: |
The following dialog box appears:
3. | Click the this URL link to install the Meeting Insights app on monday.com; you're redirected to monday.com (if not already logged into your monday.com's account, you're prompted to log in): |
To install the Meeting Insights app, you must be logged into monday.com with administrator permissions.
4. | Select the allowed workspaces, by choosing one of the following options: |
● | All Workspaces: Allows users to send their action items to any workspace in your organization's monday.com account. |
● | Specific Workspaces: Allows users to send their action items to only specific workspaces. From the drop-down list, select the required workspaces. |
5. | Click Install; the Meeting Insights app for monday.com starts installing. When installation completes, you can view the installed app on the Manage Apps page in your monday.com account: |
6. | Once the app is installed on monday.com, click Validate, as shown below: |
You're redirected again to monday.com to authorize permissions granted to the Meeting Insights app for monday.com:

7. | Click Authorize to confirm the permissions; the Monday toggle button is automatically turned on, indicating that Meeting insights is now integrated with your monday.com account: |
8. | Enable monday.com for specific User Profiles (see User Profiles): |
a. | In the Admin Settings menu pane, expand User Settings, and then click User Profiles. |
b. | Add a new User Profile or edit an existing one. |
c. | Under the Permissions group, click the Monday toggle button to turn it on: |
9. | Click Apply. |
