Configuring SNMP Community String for Traps
You can configure a unique password-like community string for SNMP traps. The device sends the traps with this community string.
The valid value is a string of up to 30 characters that can include only the following:

Uppercase letters (A to Z) |

Lowercase letters (a to z) |

The community string value cannot contain the following: |

If you don't configure a trap community string, the default community string is “trapuser”. |

Open the SNMP Settings page (Setup menu > Administration tab > SNMP folder > SNMP Settings). |

In the 'Trap Community String' field, type a community string: |
