Define Call Admission Control

Make sure that you configure the maximum number of concurrent calls per routing rule or IP Group.

To configure maximum concurrent calls:

1.

Open the IP Profiles table (Setup menu > Signaling & Media tab > Coders & Profiles folder > IP Profiles).

2.

For the relevant IP Profile, in the 'Number of Calls Limit' field, enter the maximum number of concurrent calls:

Assign the IP Profile in the IP-to-Tel Routing table, Tel-to-IP Routing table, or IP Groups table.
