Deleting campaigns

You can delete a campaign. When a campaign is deleted, all its targets and statistics are also deleted.

You can delete a campaign only if it's inactive (i.e., 'Campaign Status' displays "Completed" or "Not started") or if it's locked (i.e., 'Campaign Status' displays "Locked"). To lock a campaign, see Locking and unlocking campaigns.

To delete a campaign:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Campaign Dialer; the Campaign dialer page appears, displaying campaigns that you've configured.

  2. Select the campaign that you want to delete, and then click Details.

  3. Select the Settings and Control tab (selected by default).

  4. Click the Delete campaign button (located at the bottom of the page); a confirmation message box appears.
