This feature allows Tenant Administrations to tailor data management based on the organization’s retention policies and regulatory requirements. Set specific retention periods for call records and interactions to meet compliance needs, while mitigating risks related to data privacy and security. Customers can now choose tenant history retention periods of 3, 6, or 12 months.
