Webex Service Settings

Configure the customer Organization ID in Webex Hub to enable call routing from Webex platform to the relevant provider's SBC. This value is configured in the Onboarding form (see Onboarding the Non-Integrated Service).

Do the following:
1. In the Customer Leads page right-click the ...menu for the relevant service and then choose Service Settings.

Parameter

Description

Organization ID

The Webex Cloud Connect Organization ID of the customer tenant.

Integration Type

The Integration type configured in the Onboarding form (see Onboarding the Non-Integrated Service).

Email

Email account that is used to sent the Token invitation to the customer tenant.
