Onboard a SIPREC-Only System

Onboarding a SIPREC-only system consists of the following steps in the Interaction Insights interface:

1.

Complete SIPREC-related consents to establish a secure connection with the customer's M365 platform (Connect to M365). After you consent, you are redirected to the Interactions page.

2.

Add devices and set up your device recording structure (see Plan Your SIPREC Device Hierarchy Structure).

3.

Setup Role-based Access Control (RBAC) for determining who can access call recordings, create and modify profiles and configure global settings (see Access Profiles).
