Record in Raw WAV Format, Convert Afterwards to Opus

To improve performance and scalability, the Teams bot records calls in raw WAV (PCM) format during the call rather than encoding them directly to Opus. Once the call has ended, the recording is converted to Opus format.

During this conversion period, the WAV file remains available in storage and can be played back. After the conversion is completed, the WAV file is replaced by the corresponding Opus file and then removed. A retention process ensures that no obsolete WAV files remain in storage.
