Journal Page Access for Service Providers

The ‘Journal’ page is now accessible to Service Provider operators. This page provides audit, event-logging, security monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities across the platform. It records administrative actions, system events is now accessible for Service Provider operators. The Journal tracks administrator and operator activities, recording actions performed in Live Platform, helping administrators identify whether user activity may be related to active alarms and correlate events with alarm history. Recorded Administrator activities include login history, password changes, user creation including the Source IP address information of the user performing the action. Detailed change reporting for configuration updates are also displayed including both previous and new values where applicable (for example, security level changes). In addition, new journal entries are generated whenever operators access sensitive or private information, such as Calls Details.
