Updates to Metering and License data in Service Details

The following metering reporting updates for the Direct Routing and Operator Connect services at the service level have been implemented:

A new parameter Metering Tag has been added for the purpose of the Metering service billing. This tag is a unique string that is created for the service deployed based on the Live Platform portal site and topology.

The ActiveDIDs parameter has been renamed Used DIDs

■

The Users parameter has been renamed Users Count

■

Service providers and resellers can configure ordered user or session quantities in the Onboarding wizard:

Ordered Users Licenses

●

Ordered Service Number Sessions

●

Ordered Contact Center Sessions

These values appear in the Metering Power BI report to support billing based on the higher of committed or actual usage.

The Pay-as-you-go field is available in the platform today and has been included to support future growth and flexibility scenarios:

The intent of this capability is to ensure that customers are not prevented from expanding their service due to reaching a pre‑allocated license quantity. If required, customers can continue to consume additional services and grow beyond their committed allocation without an operational restriction in the platform.

The availability of this field does not modify the current licensing model, billing methodology, commercial agreement, or committed quantities. Current commercial terms remain unchanged.
