Transcription of SIPREC Calls

The capability of Interaction Insights to transcribe call recordings was introduced for Teams calls in Release 1.1.17 (see Basic Call Transcription). This capability has been extended to support SIPREC calls.

To have call recordings transcribed, the device group to which the recorded device belongs must be associated with an analytics profile. The association is made through the device group's device recording profile, as in the following schematic example:

An analytics profile can be associated with multiple device recording profiles; however, each device recording profile can be associated with only one analytics profile.
