Voca CIC

You can configure connection between the Direct Routing service and the Voca CIC service for sending calls to Voca through the SBC and for transferring calls from Voca CIC to Microsoft Teams. The Voca CIC DID assigned to handle incoming calls is tagged with a unique dial plan identifier to distinguish it from other call service types. For details how to configure the Voca CIC and Direct Routing connection, see Connect Voca CIC to Microsoft Direct Routing.

Hosted Essentials customers are billed for all uploaded numbers including both active and inactive DIDs.
