Viewing Last Web Admin Activities Logged in Device Manager

System Admin can view the last web admin activities that were logged in Live Platform Device Manager.

To view the last web admin activities logged:

1.

In Live Platform Device Manager, open the System Logs page (Troubleshoot > System Diagnostics > System Logs).

2.

Adjacent to Web Admin, click the View button.

3.

From the 'Log Level' dropdown select ERROR, WARN, INFO, DEBUGGING or VERBOSE.

4.

From the 'Show last' dropdown select how many of the last log lines to show: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 100.

5.

Click the 'download' icon; the file IPP.Manage.Web.Admin.log.txt is downloaded to your pc/laptop.

6.

Open the file in Notepad (for example) to view it.

7.

Click Save to save the last logged activities performed in Live Platform Device Manager and share the log file with others.

To view archived web admin activity log files:

Click the 'folder' icon and in the Web Admin Archive Files page shown below, view all archived web admin activity log files.
