Uploading CSV Configuration Files

You can upload csv configuration files from your PC to Device Manager where each configuration file represents specific phone functionality. For example, Teams devices file represents all Microsoft Teams functionality. You can upload the files from one of the following pages:

Service Provider Configuration (see Setting a Service Provider Configuration)

Profiles (see Configuring Profiles)

Services (see Configuring Services)

To upload csv configuration files:

1.

Click the Actions & Features button on the configuration page for one of the above listed entities.

2.

From the Actions drop-down, choose Manage Configuration Files.

3.

Click Choose File button and browse to the .csv file that you wish to update. Its recommended to download an existing file as an example template including the valid syntax format..

4.

Click Upload.

5.

For deleting files, click the Delete button adjacent to the file that you wish to delete or select the check box adjacent to the files that you wish to delete and click Delete Selected.
