Attaching a Customer Channel

You can attach a customer to a channel. Once attached, all services and SIP Connections deployed under the customer are deployed under the channel.

To change a customer channel:
  1. 1. In the Customers page, select the check box adjacent to the customer that you wish to attach to a channel.
  1. 2. From the Channel drop-down list, select the channel to attach to the customer and then click OK.
