Filtering by Topology

Click Live Platform Topology, and then in the search field, enter the Name of Tenant ID of the entity that you wish to search. Open the topology tree to manually search for the desired entity. Right-click an entity to display further details. Live Cloud Topology is filtered in the following hierarchy:

Channel
Customer
Service
SIP Connection

In the example below, each entity in the Topology hierarchy is indicated by a unique color:

Channel-Orange
Customer-Red
Service-Purple
SIP Connection-Green

The following example shows the hierarchy for a filtered customer and child entities.

When filtering for a specific child entity that is the only child entity, then when you apply the filter, only the associated parent entity is displayed in the Filter pane. In the example below when filtering for a specific SIP Connection that is the only connection under the service, then once the filter is applied only the Service entity is displayed in the Filters pane.

In the example below, two SIP Connections are configured under the service, therefore after applying the filter for one of these connections, the filtered connection entity is displayed in the Filters pane.
