Configure access to external applications (Tools)

The Tools page allows you to configure access to URLs for AudioCodes-managed or third-party external applications (not including AudioCodes applications available from the Dashboard). You can configure a list of service provider and channels who can access the URLS. Users can either access directly to the log in page or through Single Sign‑on (SSO) with IAM authentication. For the latter scenario, you must configure the IAM service instance from which you wish to allow Single Sign-on access and ensure that all the users that you wish to provide access have been added to the relevant IAM service instance.

To access the Tools menu:
1. From the Main menu, choose Tools.

2. Click the open button for the relevant external application. The example below shows the AudioCodes Calling Plan application.

If you have not setup a Single Sign-on IAM account, the log in page prompts you for local user credentials.
