Operator Connect Workflow

The following provides a suggested workflow for implementing the Operator Connect REST API.

1. Retrieving Preliminary Data: If you wish to create customers with IP Groups you must retrieve details of the Proxy Set,Script parameters and Customer variables. For adding new site locations, you need details of the SBC and Script templates.
2. Leads ManagementCreate either Consentless leads or instigate leads in Teams admin center.
3. Channel Management Assign leads to channels.
4. License ManagementValidate the Microsoft Tenant Id and apply licenses. In Day Two, retrieve details of license factors once actions have been performed on users.
5. Numbers Management Validate numbers and then upload them to customers. In Day Two, add additional numbers, release and unassign numbers.
6. User ManagementConfigure tenant users. For example, Allow Calling and assign numbers.
7. SIP Connection Management Add additional sites in Day Two.
8. Dial PlansYou can optionally directly load numbers to the SBC instead of using the Number Management requests (see "Number Management" above).
9. Get Task This request is used for the output of the following requests: 'Upload Numbers', 'Release Numbers', 'Create Customer from Lead', and 'Upgrade Customer from OC Essentials'.
