Manage AI Settings
You can manage AI settings that will apply to Interaction Insights service tenants if they have the AI summary feature enabled. Managing AI settings includes:

| ■ | For a selected tenant, enabling or disabling generic templates in the Templates Library. |
| ■ | For a selected tenant, adding custom templates and enabling or disabling them (see Manage Custom Templates for AI-powered Summaries). |
