Manage AI Settings

You can manage AI settings that will apply to Interaction Insights service tenants if they have the AI summary feature enabled. Managing AI settings includes:

For all service tenants, managing AudioCodes (i.e., generic) AI summary templates in the Templates Library and adding new templates (see Manage the Template Library for AI-powered Summaries).
For a selected tenant, enabling or disabling generic templates in the Templates Library.
For a selected tenant, adding custom templates and enabling or disabling them (see Manage Custom Templates for AI-powered Summaries).
