ip rip send version version

This interface command overrides the global rip version setting and selects which version of RIP packets are sent on this interface.

Syntax

ip rip send version version  

Command	Description
version	Defines the RIP version number – “1” or “2”.

Default

Send packets according to the global version (Version 2).
