Enabling LLDP Client

When you configure the device to display various data-router configuration pages in the Web interface (see the [WebDataConfig] parameter), the LLDP Client page becomes available. This lets you to configure the device as a Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) client, allowing it to advertise information about themselves on the LAN (neighbor discovery).

To enable LLDP client:

1.

Open the LLDP Client page (Setup menu > IP Network tab > Core Entities folder > LLDP Client).

From the 'Mode' drop-down list, select Enable:

Click Apply.
