Configuring Ports for File Transfer between Active and Redundant Devices

By default, file transfer between active and redundant devices uses port 80 for unsecured transfers and port 443 for secured (HTTPS) transfers. You can change these local device ports according to your security and network requirements.

To configure ports for HA file transfer:

1.

Open the HA Settings page (Setup menu > IP Network tab > Core Entities folder > HA Settings).

2.

In the 'HA File Transfer Port' field, enter a port number for unsecured file transfer.

In the 'HA Secure File Transfer Port' field, enter a port number for secured file transfer.

4.

Click Apply, and then restart the device with a burn-to-flash for your settings to take effect.
